We ran in a 5K this weekend that we signed up for about a month ago. As our race-day anticipation started to build, so did our carb cravings. So, the night before the race we each indulged in some delicious pasta.
Dish 1: Classic spaghetti and meatballs with a healthy helping of cheese.
Dish 2: Noodles in a garlic herb butter sauce with shredded parmesan and a beef sirloin sliced on top.
I think we’ll have to start entering in more races…
